Job Role: 

The Growth Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in advancing business growth through the creation and implementation of multifaceted marketing strategies aimed at acquiring new customers, retaining existing ones, and boosting revenue. As an integral member of the marketing team, the manager collaborates with peers to establish marketing goals and formulate comprehensive plans for their achievement. This role places a strong emphasis on data analysis, requiring the manager to extract actionable insights from marketing metrics. Beyond analytical skills, the manager possesses creativity and profound knowledge of various marketing channels, such as email marketing, social media advertising, SEO, and content marketing. Leveraging this expertise, the manager designs and executes targeted campaigns tailored to diverse customer segments and buyer journey stages, all with the ultimate aim of fostering business growth and revenue. Effective communication and project management abilities are also essential attributes for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities: 

  1. Develop and implement marketing strategies for our initial exchange offering, including but not limited to social media, email, PR, and marketing campaigns. 
  2. Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content and marketing collateral, such as advertising material, social media posts and web content, videos, and presentations, and coordinate in-house and external marketing events, , including exhibitions and investor roadshows. 
  3. Manage relationships with external partners, such as marketing agencies, influencers, media outlets, and related platforms. 
  4. Develop and maintain the company’s brand identity and messaging across all marketing channels.
  5. Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns, make data-driven decisions, and monitor industry trends and developments to ensure that our marketing efforts remain relevant and effective. 
  6. Manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as product development and sales, to ensure that marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives.
  7. Formulate new and creative marketing growth strategies together with management, pitch new ideas, and amplify content and social concepts to propel brand awareness while representing the brand voice and staying consistent with current trends and media opportunities. 
  8. Manage client relations in relation to their marketing needs, ensuring their needs are met and their feedback is addressed in a timely and satisfactory manner. 


  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. 
  • Good understanding of the fundraising and investment ecosystem.
  • Experience in marketing investment products  
  • Experience in organising marketing campaigns and events.  
  • Proficiency in digital marketing and data-driven decision-making. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. 
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
