As the Head of Investor Sales for our IEO (Initial Exchange Offering) platform, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies to attract and manage both individual and institutional investors. This role requires a sound understanding of the capital markets and financial investment landscape as well as a proven track record in sales and relationship management.
- Strategy Development and Execution
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for attracting and retaining individual and institutional investors on the IEO platform.
- Identify key market trends, competitor activities, and investor preferences to inform the development of sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the executive team to align investor sales goals with the overall business objectives.
- Investor Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with individual and institutional investors.
- Provide personalized support to high-value investors, addressing their concerns and ensuring a positive experience on the platform.
- Collaborate with the customer support team to address investor inquiries and issues promptly.
- Sales Team Leadership
- Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing investor sales team.
- Set clear sales targets and KPIs for the team, monitoring performance and providing guidance to ensure objectives are met.
- Foster a collaborative and positive team culture to drive results.
- Marketing Collaboration
- Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute campaigns that target and attract investors.
- Provide input on marketing materials and strategies to enhance their effectiveness in reaching and engaging the target audience.
- Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure that all investor relations activities comply with relevant regulatory requirements.
- Work closely with legal and compliance teams to stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Reporting and Analysis
- Provide regular reports on investor sales performance, highlighting key metrics and insights.
- Utilize data and analytics to refine strategies and improve overall investor acquisition and retention.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years proven experience in sales and relationship management in the financial markets industry.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance requirements.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
