Job Description

Head of Investor Sales for an Initial Exchange Offering (IEO) platform would be responsible for driving the distribution and marketing efforts for the platform’s IEO offerings. This may involve identifying and engaging with potential investors, developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the IEO offerings, and working with the rest of the IEO platform team to ensure a smooth and successful launch of the offering.


Specific tasks and responsibilities may include:

  • Developing and executing a sales strategy to attract and retain investors.
  • Collaborating with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure the IEO’s success
  • Identifying and researching potential institutional and retail investors for the IEO offerings
  • Building relationships with distribution partners and potential investors through outreach and communication
  • Developing marketing materials and campaigns to promote the IEO offerings to potential Investors and distribution partners
  • Collaborating with the IEO platform team to ensure a smooth and successful launch of the offering
  • Analysing, tracking and reporting on the performance of marketing efforts and adjusting strategies as needed
  • Participating in industry events and conferences to network and build relationships with potential investors and distribution partners.
  • Monitoring and analysing market trends, shareholder sentiment, and investor perceptions of the platform.
  • Staying up-to-date on industry trends and developments related to IEOs and capital/secondary trading markets


This role may require a combination of sales, marketing, and financial expertise, as well as an understanding of capital markets and the IEO process. It may also involve some travel and the ability to work in an exciting, fast-paced, dynamic environment.
