Job Opportunity: Head, Primary Offerings

Job Role: As the Head, Primary Offerings, you will be a driving force in bringing issuer companies to our innovative fundraising platform. Your expertise and leadership will be instrumental in attracting high-potential issuer companies that seek to raise funds through our platform.
- Identify and engage potential issuer companies that align with out platform’s criteria and standards.
- Develop a robust pipeline of potential issuers through networking, research and industry events.
- Evaluate the credibility, financial stability and viability of issuer’s business/projects.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with issuer companies, guiding them through the fundraising process.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure successful fundraising experiences for issuer companies.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including legal, compliance, marketing and technology to ensure a seamless onboarding process for issuer companies.
- Coordinate efforts to address challenges and ensure a smooth experience for issuers.
Networking and Partnerships
- Expand and maintain a strong network within the financial and entrepreneurial ecosystem.
- Foster partnerships with influential players to enhance the credibility and reach of our fundraising platform.
- Build and manage a team responsible for primary issuance.
- Provide mentorship, guidance and performance feedback to team members
Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (10 years) in a similar role within the financial or entrepreneurship space.
- Strong understanding of fundraising mechanisms and financial markets.
- Well-established network and connections within the financial and entrepreneurial landscape.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to assess issuer companies’ potential for success.
- Strategic thinker capable of crafting an executing effective issuer acquisition strategies.
- Agile and able to adapt to a rapidly changing environment.
- Upholds integrity and ethical standards.
- Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving fundraising goals and driving platform growth.
