Job Role: As our Manager – Issuers, you will be instrumental in orchestrating successful fundraising on the IEO platform, embodying a pivotal role that connects project teams and internal departments. Your acumen will steer projects from conception to realization, crafting strategies that resonate with market trends and regulatory standards. 


Key Responsibilities

  1. Project Evaluation and Onboarding

    • Conduct insightful evaluations and analyses of potential issuers and their proposed fundraising.  This includes conducting financial analysis, including of historical and forecast financial statements and cash flows as well as financial ratio analysis. 
    • Evaluate business models, competitive positioning, and growth prospects.
    • Attend to issuer onboarding, aligning with policies and legal frameworks.
  2. Stakeholder Communication

    • Be the nexus of communication between project teams and the platform. 
    • Establish regular channels for updates and information retrieval. 
  3. Issuer Marketing and Promotion

    • Participate in marketing initiatives in collaboration with project teams. 
    • Assist in the development of marketing strategies to augment the IEO’s visibility and traction. 
  4. Documentation and Compliance

    • Supervise the generation of requisite documentation including White Papers and pitch decks. 
    • Uphold legal and regulatory compliance throughout the IEO trajectory. 
  5. Feedback and Continuous Improvement

    • Harness feedback for continual optimization of the IEO process. 
    • Spearhead improvements drawing from learned experiences and industry best practices. 


Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking or a related field. 
  • Proven experience in fundraising and financial services. 
  • Demonstrable analytical and critical thinking competencies. 
  • Proficient in communication and negotiation. 
  • Industry Acumen: Proficient in fundraising landscape, market dynamics, and regulatory protocols. 
  • Project Management: Aptitude in steering multiple projects with efficacy and meeting deadlines. 
  • Networking: A knack for fostering industry connections. 
  • Problem-Solving: Capability to troubleshoot and optimize the IEO process.
