Position Overview: 

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Mid-Level Sales Manager with 5-7 years of sales experience to join our team. This role is crucial for building and managing our distribution channels, ensuring strong relationships with various stakeholders, including banks, asset management firms, Malaysian-based Koperasis, high-net-worth (HNW) investors, corporates, and institutions.


Key Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and Implement Sales Strategies:
    • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to expand our distribution network.
    • Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to capture market share.
  • Relationship Management:
    • Manage and nurture relationships with key distribution partners, including banks, asset management firms, Koperasis, HNW investors, corporates, and institutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for all distributor-related inquiries and support needs.
  • Channel Management:
    • Oversee and manage the performance of all distribution channels.
    • Ensure alignment of distributors with KLDX’s strategic goals and sales targets.
  • Market Analysis and Reporting:
    • Conduct market research to stay abreast of industry trends and competitive landscape.
    • Provide regular reports on sales performance, market feedback, and strategic insights.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
    • Work closely with the marketing, product development, and customer service teams to ensure a cohesive approach to market penetration and customer satisfaction.
    • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and effective implementation of sales strategies and initiatives.


    • Experience:
      • 5-7 years of sales experience, preferably in the financial services or fintech industry.
      • Proven track record in managing distribution channels and relationships with financial institutions and HNW clients.
    • Skills:
      • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
      • Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
      • Ability to develop and execute strategic sales plans.
      • Proficiency in market analysis and reporting.

Personal Attributes: 

    • Knowledge of digital asset exchanges or blockchain technology.
    • Existing relationships with key players in the financial services sector in Malaysia.
    • Fixed-income product knowledge.
    • High level of self-motivation and the ability to work independently.
