Objective: To provide key support in executing and overseeing the Company’s financial operations.


Key Responsibilities

  1. Comprehensive Financial Management

    • Take charge of the full set of financial accounts, ensuring accurate preparation and presentation of management accounts.
  2. Payables Management

    • Oversee the accounts payable, validate legitimacy of all financial obligations, and guarantee the punctual payment of invoices to foster positive vendor relationships,
  3. Receivables Management

    • Steer the accounts receivable process while maintaining meticulous supporting documentation, ensuring precise and efficient revenue collection.
  4. Bank Operations and Oversight

    • Execute regular bank account reconciliations to maintain financial integrity and promptly address any discrepancies.
  5. Budgetary and Forecasting Support

    • Collaborate with the HOF in the formulation of data-driven budgets and forward-looking financial projections.
  6. Compliance and Regulatory Adherence

    • Support the HOF in fulfilling statutory audit obligations, timely tax return filings, and compliance with other regulatory stipulations, Ensure stringent internal controls are established and promote adherence to Company protocols.
  7. Additional Operational Duties

    • Stand in support for various operational tasks as mandated by the HOF, including potentially taking on the role of a Facility Agent, the executive will be entrusted with managing and operation the Issuer’s Collection and Reserve Accounts.


Qualifications, Skills and Experience

  • A minimum of 3 years of progressive experience in a finance role.
  • Proficient understanding and knowledge of various accounting systems.
  • A bachelor’s degree or professional qualifications in Accounting.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and upholding the highest standards of professional ethics and integrity.
