Role Overview

We’re seeking a hands-on technical leader to drive the architecture, development, and innovation of our digital fundraising and trading platforms. This role is ideal for a young, dynamic full-stack developer ready to lead technical design, managing integrations, and shaping product evolution.

What You’ll Do: Key Responsibility

1. Lead full-stack development across back-end, front-end, and blockchain layers.
2. Architect scalable, secure, and modular systems, supporting microservices and API-driven integrations.
3. Drive DevOps and automation for continuous integration, deployment, and testing.
4. Collaborate with leadership to design and implement new features, business models, and product innovations.
5. Mentor junior developers and enforce best-practice coding standards.
6. Manage system performance and security, including database optimization and code audits.
7. Stay ahead of emerging technologies, especially blockchain interoperability, smart contracts, and scaling.

Technical Skills

1. Strong in Node.js, Nest.js, and Next.js frameworks.
2. Proficient in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern UI frameworks.
3. Skilled with SQL (MySQL, MSSQL), Redis, and Kafka.
4. Familiar with Web3.js, Solidity, and ERC-20/1400 standards.
5. Experience with Git, GitLab CI/CD, and AWS (EC2, ECS, S3).
6. Deep understanding of API design (REST, WebSocket) and application security principles.

Experience & Qualifications

1. Minimum 10 years of full-stack development experience.
2. Proven experience in agile environments and end-to-end product ownership.
3. Exposure to blockchain or fintech systems is required.
4. Bachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
