Your Friend Signs Up and Invests
Your friend registers on KLDX, completes verification, and invests in the eligible project during the campaign period.
Both of You Earn Rewards
Once your friend invests from RM1,000 in the eligible project, both of you will receive referral rewards based on the investment amount.

Campaign Mechanics
This referral campaign is open to all existing verified investors on the KLDX platform.
Share your referral link or code with a friend who is new to KLDX.
The referred investor must:
Register on KLDX
Complete full account verification
Successfully subscribe to the eligible project during the campaign period
Rewards are determined based on the total investment amount subscribed by the referred investor in the eligible project.
The qualifying investment amount may be completed through one or multiple subscriptions, as long as the total amount falls within the applicable tier and is completed within the campaign period.
Both the referrer and the referred investor will receive rewards once the eligible project closes.

Terms & Conditions
- The campaign runs from 13 January 2026 to 27 January 2026 (“Campaign Period”).
Only referrals and investments completed within the campaign period are eligible for rewards.
The eligible project for this campaign is CRE001 Cape Renewables – T1.
The referrer is not required to make any investment to be eligible for rewards, provided their account is fully verified.
Each referred investor may only be referred once and rewards will be awarded under one referrer only. Self-referrals are not permitted.
Referral rewards for both the referrer and the referred investor will be credited into their respective KLDX accounts within 30 days after the closing of the eligible project.
Rewards credited may be used in accordance with the functionalities available on the KLDX platform, subject to applicable platform rules.
KLDX reserves the right to verify eligibility, determine final reward entitlement, and disqualify any participant engaged in fraudulent or abusive conduct.
KLDX may amend, suspend, or terminate this campaign and its terms at any time, and all decisions made by KLDX shall be final and binding.

Existing, fully verified KLDX investors can invite friends who are new to KLDX using a referral link or code.
When the referred friend registers, completes full verification during the Campaign Period, and successfully invests in the eligible project, both the referrer and the referred investor will receive the applicable rewards.
Yes. The referred investor must invest a minimum amount of RM1,000 in the eligible project to qualify for referral rewards.
Yes. The qualifying investment amount may be achieved through one or multiple subscriptions, as long as the total investment meets the applicable tier and is completed within the campaign period.
There is no limit to the number of friends you can refer.
However, each referred investor can only be referred once and rewards will be awarded under one referrer only.
No. The referrer is not required to make any investment, provided their KLDX account is fully verified.
Rewards credited may be used on KLDX platform or withdrawn to your bank account.
Referrals are only tracked when your friend signs up using your unique referral link or code.
Unfortunately, referrals cannot be added retroactively.
