This role is well suited to someone with 2–5 years of experience who enjoys working in a fast-paced fintech or startup environment and is comfortable turning ideas into action.
Key Responsibilities
1) Content Creation & Marketing Communications
- Create engaging and accurate content for investor-facing and brand-building purposes, including social media posts, website copy, emailers, newsletters, event materials, and marketing collateral.
- Translate KLDX’s products, services, and value proposition into clear, compelling, and easy-to-understand content.
- Support investor communications through well-crafted messaging and campaign materials.
2) Social Media Management
- Manage KLDX’s day-to-day social media presence across relevant platforms.
- Plan, write, schedule, and publish content aligned with marketing priorities and campaign calendars.
- Monitor engagement and audience response, and suggest practical ways to improve visibility and interaction.
3) Website Management
- Update and maintain website content on WordPress, including landing pages, product pages, blog posts, announcements, and campaign content.
- Ensure website content is current, accurate, and aligned with KLDX’s brand and messaging.
- Support basic content optimisation for search visibility and user engagement.
4) CRM & Email Marketing Execution
- Support investor email campaigns and ongoing engagement efforts through CRM tools such as HubSpot.
- Assist with contact list management, campaign execution, email scheduling, and follow-up communications.
- Help maintain consistent communication with investors across key touchpoints.
5) Events & Webinar Support
- Support the planning and execution of events, webinars, launches, and investor engagement sessions.
- Prepare event-related promotional materials, invitations, registration communications, and follow-up messaging.
- Assist with on-ground coordination and post-event marketing support where needed.
6) Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure marketing materials, messaging, and campaigns are delivered accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with vendors, or external support parties where required.
- Contribute ideas to improve campaign effectiveness, content quality, and investor engagement.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Digital Media, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, digital marketing, marketing communications, content creation, or campaign execution.
- Experience in a startup, fintech, financial services, or capital markets environment is an advantage.
- Strong hands-on skills in:
- content writing
- social media management
- website updates
- email/CRM execution

- basic reporting
- Familiarity with tools such as HubSpot, Canva, WordPress, Google Analytics, and Microsoft Office tools.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, organisation, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to work independently while collaborating effectively with internal stakeholders.
Preferred Qualities
- A strong content executor who can create materials directly rather than relying heavily on agencies.
- Comfortable balancing creativity with practical execution.
